Founder & CEO

Jenifer Cawley is the founder and CEO of The JC Advantage.

With over 20 years of accounting experience and an associate’s degree from Monroe Community College, Jenifer’s once garage-turned-office business now has a location of its own and services 75 clients, and counting, around the United States. 
Her specialization is in forensic accounting – finding the problem and creating a long term solution.

Defying the odds is a regular occurrence for Jenifer. She raised four children as an only parent, while also working three jobs and pursuing a degree in accounting – and that was just in her twenties. She wouldn’t be where she is today without the drive to create a better life for her kids. The five of them make a competitive, head-knocking, but loving team – similar to their favorite Marvel group, The Avengers.

Jenifer spends most of her time focused on her clients and their businesses, but what’s left of her time she enjoys traveling, particularly to visit her kids, and loving her two fur babies and two fur grandbabies. She never sleeps, drinks a lot of coffee, and cannot picture a better life.

Public Relations Assistant

Kayla Holley joined The JC Advantage as a Public Relations Assistant in July of 2020. Her role includes brand strategy and management, graphic design, copywriting, and invoicing. In 2022, she graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a B.A. in Public Relations and a B.S. in Business Administration.


Following graduation, Kayla moved to Los Angeles and kicked off a career in travel and hospitality public relations with FINN Partners. Now back in her hometown, Kayla is supporting The JC Advantage team until her next adventure…
